About This Role:

Simply put, this position will be dedicated managing the day-to-day services, operations, and financial processes for current and prospective clients..

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking performance of various client merchandise (bands, brands, businesses, etc)
  • Daily management of Shopify online stores including analyzing performance and providing marketing plans to increase sales
  • Creating tour projections for product re orders using sales performance data
  • Creating orders in and seeing through the completion of all production tasks from design inception to product completion, shipping and delivery
  • Daily maintenance of Shopify online stores including analyzing performance and inventory, as well as providing suggestions for promotions to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Collaborating with various departments to execute merchandise services and ticketing/VIP campaigns
  • Reviewing open invoices and account receivables reports
  • Managing, updating CRM system with potential artist acquisitions
  • Providing direct support to supervisor, and communicating effectively to set priorities
  • Responsible and accountable for completing all tasks delegated.
  • In the rare circumstance that you are unable to complete a task as required or by its expected due date, you will give advanced notice to your supervisor who will assist in adjusting priorities or approving schedule adjustments
  • Anticipate potential issues within the order flow to avoid delays
  • Troubleshoot ongoing order issues between various departments
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to the appropriate party
  • Greet occasional walk-in visitors to our facility

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have client relations experience
  • Must be an expert in Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc
  • Must be extremely organized and self directed, with a proven ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally, multitask, anticipate problems and deliver solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience required.
